Asistente responsibilities
• Assist in compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Management of TSS and SIRLA
Skills and Requirements
• 1+ years of Human Resources experience
• Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related areas
• Established analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks while facing multiple deadlines
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of Dominican Labor Laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• ENGLISH IS A MUST*
