Assistant Job Description:

We are in search of a professional in Human Resources to lead the areas of labor relations, training and development, recruitment, and actively participate in the restructuring of the department.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Labor Relations Management: 

Develop positive labor relations.

Resolve labor conflicts and ensure regulatory compliance.

Training and Development: 

Design programs to improve skills and competencies.

Identify opportunities for professional development.

Recruitment and Selection: 

Coordinate effective recruitment processes.

Evaluate candidates and ensure successful onboarding.

Department Restructuring:

Participate in the review and standardization of internal processes.

Develop clear procedures to optimize department efficiency.

Create detailed manuals reflecting changes and guiding the team.

Design forms and tools necessary to implement and evaluate new processes.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: 

University degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Over 3 years of experience in human resources with an emphasis on labor relations and recruitment.

Skills: 

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Experience in designing and implementing training programs.

Ability to lead departmental restructuring.

Intermediate/Advanced EnglishAttitudes:

 

Proactivity and autonomy.

Service orientation and commitment to diversity.
