We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services. The Sales Representative plays a vital role in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.
Morning Schedule availability
Weekends off
$210 per hour + commissions!!
Great Location with different types of transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce and explain our products/services to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet those needs.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to close sales, resolve issues, or provide additional information.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques through training and ongoing learning.
Collaborate with team members and share best practices for sales success.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Adaptability and resilience to handle objections and rejection professionally.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and sales strategies.
